The Pledge Campaign is gaining momentum, Folks: Tsunami has received over $65,000 in Pledges! (Please, money NOT due at time of pledge) Close to 500 pledges have been turned in. Many pledges are non-monetary. This Community Process continues to grow, taking both amazing and surprising shape.

FYI, Our present building owners are requesting that we set-up a rent account containing up to 80% of the next 5 years' lease payments (at a 6 figure annual rent) for Tsunami to be considered for a new lease. To that end, it is our intention to come up with up to $400,000 in pledges and loans to insure the future of this community center for the cultural arts in Beautiful South Eugene.
