Public talk by the Venerable Jigme Thrinley Rinpoche. Rinpoche is a Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and Philosophy Teacher, and the Director and Founder of the Palmo Center for Peace and Education. This talk will explore how forgiveness and letting go of anger can be practiced and become a gift to ourselves and others.
