Folksinger Tracy Grammer returns for a very special Afternoon Concert. Tracy will be in Oregon for a 3-concert appearance at the Sisters Folk Festival (September 11-13).  Last time Tracy graced Tsunami with an afternoon concert there was a full house of very satisfied people.  “Tracy Grammer is a brilliant artist and unique individual.  Her voice is distinctive as is her mastery over the instruments she plays.” (Joan Baez)
