Eric Richardson, City Club President
September 25, 2019
6 – 7:30 pm
Tsunami Books, 2585 Willamette St, Eugene
Coordinators: Jessie Ghiglieri and Eric Richardson
September’s Community Spotlight focuses on Lane County Commissioner Joe Berney. Joe ‘s career has spanned four decades of entrepreneurship and leadership in business, economic development, education and training. Elected by a large margin to his first term as a Commissioner in 2018, this is an excellent opportunity to meet this Community Leader and let him know what folks want here in Lane County.
The audience Q&A is always interesting.
Community Spotlight is a City Club gathering in which local leaders participate in informal interviews about their lives and work. Tsunami Bookstore hosts the event on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6 pm. Light refreshments are available, and the public is encouraged to attend. There is no admission charge for Community Spotlight, but guests are invited to contribute to help cover the costs.
