Wednesday, November 22, 7:30 Show, 7 PM doors: A Thanksgiving Evening with World Slam Champion and Comedian Extraordinaire Mighty Mike McGee . Mr McGee was our Featured Poet on the Saturday night immediately after the infamous second Tuesday in November, 2016. This building has never been so filled with good-hearted, indeed poignant laughter as it was that night. It will be a rare treat and an honor to experience a full 90 minute set . Opening for Mike will be Eugene’s own beloved Poetry and Sex Slam Champion Roxy Allen, plus Jorah LaFleur, who for 10 years now has been our Maven of the Eugene Poetry Slam Community.
